Some stores are posting ICOU10GT Tablet screen specs as Retina Display but this one is confirmed HD-Display only or 1280x800 pixel resolution with an IPS Screen Technology that boosts the Screen's vividness, and viewing angles. Perfect for Movies, Ebooks, and Browsing the Web. It also have 5-point Capacitive Touch Scratch Resist Glass Screen that should be fine but cannot be compared to a Gorilla Glass Screen's hardness.
A 2.0MP Front Camera is placed in a standard position; middle-top of the screen's bezel and is an advantage to other QuadCore 10.1" Tablet which only have 0.3MP. This camera should be perfect for Video Calls or Self Photos.

The back is very simple, an aluminium shell material with a combination of plastic material on the top that should prevent any WiFi connectivity issues. 5.0MP Rear Facing Camera with AutoFocus function and LED Flash is a great hardware feature to have. It can capture HD Photos and Videos and can be used as-well on poor lit rooms/areas. The MonoFiring LoudSpeaker placed just below the Camera however is a CONS. It could be better with Stereo Speakers or if placed in front.
ICOU10GT has a decent Battery Capacity of 7000mAh which is rated to provide upto 8hrs of usage. Good enough to last a day of normal usage and charge during at night. It could be less if used in Heavy 3D Gaming.

Interface ports are placed in a very accessible location. Audio and DC-IN ports are place on the top side while navigation buttons are placed just below of it. HDMI, USB, and Storage expansion slot are covered makes the side view of the Tablet neatly elegant. Everything in one side of the Tablet.
